Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation's CodeBlue team in Auckland is seeking a Technical Training professional to own and build its training practice. You will develop and maintain training materials, deliver in-person and remote sessions, and run external customer webinars to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will focus on Microsoft environments including cloud and desktop, Copilot for M365, and internal training for sales and service desk teams to build organizational capability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience across Microsoft environments.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud and desktop environments, and Copilot for M365.
• Microsoft training exams or equivalent.
• Experience presenting training to end users or peers (in person or remote).
• Strong customer service focus.
• Solid knowledge of IT products, services and technology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and remote training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Lead external customer webinars and training sessions.
• Deliver internal training for sales and service desk teams.
• Develop, maintain and improve training materials.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement proactive training solutions.
