Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation's CodeBlue team in Auckland is seeking a Technical Training professional to own and build its training practice. You will develop and maintain training materials, deliver in-person and remote sessions, and run external customer webinars to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will focus on Microsoft environments including cloud and desktop, Copilot for M365, and internal training for sales and service desk teams to build organizational capability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical training experience across Microsoft environments.
• Experience with Microsoft cloud and desktop environments, and Copilot for M365.
• Microsoft training exams or equivalent.
• Experience presenting training to end users or peers (in person or remote).
• Strong customer service focus.
• Solid knowledge of IT products, services and technology.

Responsibilities

Our CodeBlue team in Auckland is on the lookout for a driven and results-oriented Technical Training professional to join their growing support team.

This is a newly created position, offering the chance to take ownership and play a key role in developing CodeBlue's training practice from the ground up. You’ll have the autonomy to develop and maintain training materials, identify areas for improvement, and implement proactive solutions-making a tangible impact on our service quality and customer satisfaction. There will be a strong focus on delivering training across Microsoft environments, including the latest in Microsoft cloud, desktop technologies, and Copilot for M365.

The Trainer role will lead both in-person and remote training sessions, as well as external customer webinars, providing variety and the chance to engage with different audiences. You will also deliver internal training sessions for our sales and service desk teams, supporting the ongoing development of organisational capability and ensuring our people are equipped to provide exceptional customer support.

Skills & experience

• Demonstrated technical training experience (3+ years), across Microsoft environments, ideally including Microsoft cloud and desktop environments, and Copilot for M365.
• Microsoft relevant training exams or equivalent
• Prior experience presenting training end users or peers either in person or remotely
• A strong customer service delivery focus
• Strong general knowledge of IT products, services, and technology
