Noel Leeming, part of The Warehouse Group, is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of a flagship technology and appliances store. You’ll guide a passionate team, delight customers, manage finances, and drive marketing and visual merchandising to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience, and significant retail experience
• The skills to recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
• Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
• Competence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
• Resilience and adaptability, to drive change.
