Noel Leeming is seeking a Store Manager to lead all aspects of the store, from team leadership to delivering outstanding customer service. You will guide operations, sales and people development to create memorable tech and home appliance experiences.

You will manage finances, marketing, merchandising and post-purchase support, inspiring your team to deliver great customer journeys and a technology-driven service ethos across every touchpoint.

Formación

• Passion for technology and retail; strong coaching and leadership.
• Commercially savvy with understanding of retail and business performance.
• Outgoing personality with focus on service and relationship building with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store and guide all aspects to deliver great outcomes.
• Motivate and coach the team to achieve sales, service and safety targets.
• Manage finances, budgets and merchandising, ensuring effective marketing execution.
• Drive eye‑catching visual merchandising and store standards across the floor.
• Inspire staff through expert advice, live demos and customer education.
• Provide end‑to‑end service from entry to delivery, setup and post‑purchase support.
