Job summary

Noel Leeming in New Zealand is seeking a Store Manager to lead every aspect of the store from team leadership to delivering amazing customer service and hitting business targets.

You'll manage budgets, marketing plans, visual merchandising and end-to-end store operations, while mentoring your team and inspiring customers with product demonstrations and tech expertise.

As a Store Manager, you'll be at the helm, guiding all aspects of your store to greatness. From leading your awesome team to delighting customers, managing finances, rocking marketing strategies, and ensuring eye‑catching visual merchandising – it's all in a day's work for you!

Qualifications

We need someone who is passionate about technology, our products and what we do. Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities would be something that comes easy to you and you pride yourself on your coaching and leadership skills.

You will already be commercially savvy and demonstrate a good understanding of retail and what drives business performance. We're looking for someone with an outgoing and friendly personality and who believes that service and relationship building with customers is key.

Ideally You Will Have

• Proven management experience, and significant retail experience
• The skills to recruit, motivate, coach and develop team members to help them achieve success
• Strong communication ability to positively influence and engage with your team and customers
• Competence in all aspects of store operations, including merchandising, budgets, executing plans, reporting and maintaining a safe environment.
• Resilience and adaptability, to drive change.
