Job summary

AA is seeking a Technology Service Transition & Change Analyst to ensure new and changed technology services transition smoothly into production and stay supported post-launch. The role sits in Technology Operations and involves working with project teams, platform groups, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive operational readiness and governance.

You will help coordinate releases, manage incidents and changes, and build strong stakeholder relationships across a broad range of teams while

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in service desk, IT support, or service operations.
• Understanding of incident and problem management processes; change management experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to translate technical info for varied audiences.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams and manage priorities and risk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the successful transition of new/changed technology services into production and ensure readiness.
• Partner with project teams, service operations, platform teams, and tech stakeholders for smooth handovers.
• Support change and release activities by coordinating schedules, assessing impacts, and identifying risks.
• Assist with major incident coordination including communication, escalation, and resolution.
• Track incidents, problems, post-implementation reviews and improvement actions to strengthen reliability.
• Maintain service documentation and support processes to enable effective service support.
