IAG in New Zealand invites applications for a Team Lead, CEP BAU. This permanent, full‑time role can be based in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington and focuses on leading the Commercial Enterprise Platform to stay reliable, secure and responsive for customers and the business.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, coach engineers, and champion agile delivery while guiding day‑to‑day platform operations, incidents, changes and releases to deliver value and maintain performance.

• Drive day-to-day platform operations, balancing incidents, service requests, regulatory commitments and targeted change initiatives.
• Coordinate incident, problem, change and release activities to maintain service stability and operational performance.
• Build strong partnerships across business, product and technology teams to align priorities and achieve shared outcomes.
• Use operational insights and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance platform health.
• Manage risks, dependencies, capacity and competing priorities to support successful delivery outcomes for Commercial Enterprise Platform (CEP) initiatives.
• Provide clear governance reporting and operational visibility to support effective decision making.

You’ll support a team through an exciting period of technology transformation while maintaining platform stability and delivery outcomes. Working closely with business, product, engineering and technology stakeholders, you'll create clarity, build capability, and help shape a high-performing team that's ready for the future.

This is a permanent full-time role based in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland), Ōtautahi (Christchurch) or Te Whanganui-a-Tara (Wellington).
