About the Role
An opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Team Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative, secretariat and coordination support to the Clinical Risk and Safety Manager and the wider Clinical Quality and Safety Directorate.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You will manage diaries, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, organise travel, support recruitment activities, process finance documentation, maintain records, assist with reporting requirements, and act as a key point of contact across the service.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the directorate, enabling senior leaders and clinical teams to focus on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
