Kuranui College seeks a dynamic Teacher of Hard Materials to lead Woodwork and Metalwork in our Technology Department. You will deliver both practical and theory for Years 9–13, focusing on hands-on learning and design thinking.

The role supports NCEA standards up to Level 3 and strong health and safety practices in our well‑equipped workshops. We offer a permanent full‑time position with a school house rent option for the successful candidate, and a values‑driven environment guided by

Qualifications

• Deliver Hard Materials lessons to Years 9–13.
• Teach NCEA Hard Materials Technology up to Level 3.
• Maintain health, safety and workshop equipment management.
• Foster creativity, design thinking and practical problem‑solving.
