Job description

Are you looking for a rewarding and challenging position as a Teacher Aide in our unique specialist context? We have the privilege of supporting 130+ students with special needs across our seven school sites throughout Hastings. Our staff are caring, creative, supportive and fun loving, with high expectations of themselves and others. We have both permanent and fixed term positions available for the 2027 school year. Our teacher aides generally work 27.5 hours a week, during term time only, within school hours. Our rates of pay are based on prior experience and can be found in the Support Staff in Schools Collective Agreement (available online).
