Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group is seeking a TCC Category 1 or 2 Geo-Professional based in Tauranga to lead and contribute to geotechnical and geological projects across New Zealand. You will mentor colleagues, conduct senior reviews, and participate in site observations and construction monitoring to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Senior reviews will make up part of your week, alongside proactive guidance to less experienced team members.
• Construction monitoring and site observations will be needed from time to time.

We love what we do and have plenty of laughs along the way. **Your role**Based from Tauranga, we are looking for a TCC Category 1 or 2 Geo-Professional to join our team.We have a diverse portfolio of forward work in the commercial, residential, coastal, central and local government sectors, both in Tauranga and across the North Island, and you will play an integral part in project delivery. Keeping busy will be easy, but a balance between work and life is compulsory at LDE and our flexible working hours support that.You will undertake analysis and design for key projects, including those of a specialist nature and those requiring strong technical input. Senior reviews will make up part of your week, alongside proactive guidance to less experienced members of the team on improvements they could make. From time to time, construction monitoring and site observations will be needed.The Tauranga team are hard-working, supportive and fun in equal measures. You will also be part of a national team with a varied workload: big, small, simple, complex and challenging.There is also the option of taking the lead role in the technical management of the geotechnical team in Tauranga.
