Tiaki Wai in Wellington is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a fixed-term, full-time basis until July 2027. You will partner with People Leaders to source, attract, and assess talent delivering essential water services across the region.
You will design ads, engage passive candidates via SEEK Premium, LinkedIn and agencies, run end-to-end recruitment, tailor interviews, and champion inclusive practices to provide a good candidate experience.
Fixed-term, full-time position until July 2027.
The mid-point remuneration for this fixed term position is $104,884 pro rata, per annum (including KiwiSaver), your appointment salary will be dependent on experience and capability.
