Job summary

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, managing ICDs, and coordinating hardware/software integration with rigorous testing and verification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field (Systems, Aerospace, Electronics, or Computer Engineering).
• 3+ years of aerospace, robotics, or autonomous systems experience.
• Experience with requirements management and architecture.
• Familiarity with testing and validation across hardware/software.
• Proficient in cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and non-functional system requirements.
• Translate needs into verifiable system requirements and manage lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain system architecture and interfaces.
• Plan integration of hardware and software components.
• Design and execute testing strategies to verify performance.
