Job summary

Ventia in Paihia, Northland, is looking for two Labourer Operators to help maintain the Far North roading network across the region. No two days are the same: you’ll perform road maintenance, drainage, vegetation control, traffic management and plant operation with a supportive crew, across diverse sites.

• Experience in civil construction, road maintenance, or machinery operation
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

• Traffic management or STMS qualifications desirable

About the role

No two days are the same. You'll be involved in road maintenance, drainage works, pavement repairs, vegetation control, traffic management, plant operation, and emergency response activities as required. You'll work safely, efficiently, and as part of a close-knit crew delivering essential infrastructure services.
