Job summary

Bronson Healthcare Group is seeking a System Capacity Command Center Dispatch Specialist for EVS and Patient Transport at Portage Rd. This full-time night shift role supports staff and managers, communicating with leadership to ensure efficient patient throughput.

You will organize and maintain the Epic EVS & Patient Transport command center, run productivity reports, and collaborate with the Capacity Command Center team to drive throughput and safety. On-the-job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–2 years healthcare experience preferred.
• EVS and/or Patient Transport experience preferred; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Proficient with multiple standard business software; Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch services to staff and managers of the EVS and Patient Transport departments.
• Collaborate with CCC operations and leadership to identify process improvements and throughput.
• Run Epic productivity and quality reports daily, monthly, and yearly.
