Selwyn District Council seeks a Swim School Manager for a 10.5-month parental leave cover, based at Selwyn Aquatic Centre. You will lead the swim school, deliver programme outcomes, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional customer experiences across a busy, seven-days-a-week operation.

You'll lead programme delivery, develop people, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in helping our community gain essential lifesaving water skills while creating exceptional customer experience This role covers a range of shifts, 7 days a week.
To be successful in this role you will be committed to seeking and implementing opportunities to improve the swim school programme. You will have proven skills that ensure our swim school programme is running smoothly and developed further for our community.
