Qualifications

• Experience in event or project management, including leading working groups to deliver activities and financial targets.
• Strong relationship management skills across geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns and enabling customer-facing teams to provide consistent brand experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate Careers Engagement strategy into operational plans across Australia and New Zealand, aligning resources and priorities.
• Manage AT Program deliverables, enrolment processes, program delivery, and membership marketing initiatives.
