Zusammenfassung

HEB Construction is delivering the Waikare Gorge Realignment project near Napier, shifting 4km of SH2 realignment and a new bridge. As Survey Manager you will lead spatial control, set-out, monitoring and as-built deliverables across the project lifecycle.

You'll work with Design, Construction and Digital Engineering teams to ensure right-first-time execution, high accuracy and safe delivery. Prior large infrastructure surveying leadership is required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• 10+ years’ construction surveying experience with leadership of survey teams on large infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with GNSS/RTK, robotic total stations, digital levelling and control network adjustments.
• Strong experience with 12d/Civil 3D/OpenRoads, Trimble/Leica or other similar workflows and digital data management.

Aufgaben

• Setting survey strategy and managing control networks, calibration and QA processes.
• Overseeing set-out, verification and monitoring across all stages of works.
• Leading delivery of accurate, timely as-built and conformance documentation.
• Coaching and directing a team of surveyors and technicians.
• Managing instruments, software, scanning/UAV capture and specialist bathymetric survey providers.
• Ensuring survey operations meet safety, environmental and quality expectations.
• Working tightly with construction teams to achieve programme milestones and technical accuracy.
