Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora in Dunedin is advertising a Registered Nurse – Surgical Ward (Ward 3). The role is 0.8–0.9 FTE (64–72 hours per fortnight) with a salary band of NZ$81,000–NZ$106,000 p.a pro rata plus Kiwisaver.

You will join a tight-knit team within the ENT/Neurosurgery area of our surgical ward, delivering patient-centred care and contributing to excellence in clinical services. The role is based in Dunedin, with opportunities to upskill and work within a supportive ward

Qualifications

• Current surgical nursing experience in ENT/Neurosurgical
• Open and willing to up-skill as required
• Outstanding team player
• Energy and drive to make a positive difference with patients and colleagues alike
• Confident communicator with a friendly demeanour

Responsibilities

• Vacancy within the ENT/Neurosurgery area in Ward 3 Surgical

• Ward 3 Surgical is a recently formed 54-bed ward covering acute and elective Orthopaedics, Ophthalmology, Maxillofacial areas
