Job summary

Care on Call is seeking a casual homecare support worker to help people live independently at home across Taranaki, between New Plymouth and Waitara. You will assist with home management and personal care, support daily activities and mobility, and help clients achieve their goals with training provided for medication support.

A compassionate attitude and health qualifications (L2–L4) are essential, and a NZ driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• A compassionate, caring and professional attitude.
• L2, L3 and L4 health qualification essential.
• If you have no health qualification your application may not be considered.
• A restricted or full NZ driver’s licence.
• Experience in caregiving or Health and Wellbeing qualifications preferred but not essential.
