This is a hands-on Support Worker position with full training and orientation provided, including pathways for health and wellbeing qualifications. Roles include flexible shifts, including sleepovers, with ongoing development opportunities.

No two days are ever the same! More than providing support, you'll play an important role in helping people build confidence, develop independence, and live life on their own terms. Every day brings opportunities to encourage growth, celebrate achievements, overcome challenges, and support individuals to reach goals that matter to them.
This is a hands-on role that requires physical fitness, resilience, sound judgement, and the confidence to manage risk and respond effectively in challenging situations. Daily tasks in this role could include meal preparation, shopping, household tasks, personal care, transportation, or medication administration.
No prior experience in the health and disability sector is necessary, but a strong desire to pursue a career as a Support Worker with a positive attitude is highly valued. Full training and orientation will be provided to individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Competitive pay of $24.68 - $30.13 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more as you develop your qualifications.
