Job summary

HealthCare NZ in Auckland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist clients in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support within home and community settings.

You will help with meal preparation, personal care, medication support, community outings and mobility tasks, including bowel care and hoist transfers, while prioritizing dignity and safety. Applicants must have the right to work in New Zealand and be willing to undergo police vetting.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
