HealthCare NZ is looking for an empathetic, motivated Support Worker to join in Hamilton during the Christmas and New Year period. Availability during the holiday season is mandatory and you will receive guaranteed hours and travel allowance.

You will support clients with practical and emotional needs, including meal prep, personal care, medication support, and community outings. No prior experience required, though healthcare qualifications are advantageous.

We’re on the lookout for empathetic, passionate, and motivated Support Worker to join our team in Hamilton to cover the Christmas and New Year period.

Please note that availability during Holiday season is mandatory.

As a Support Worker, you’ll help clients achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives through practical and emotional support. Tasks may include:

• Meal preparation

• Home management tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience (preferred but not essential)
• Great communication skills and flexibility to work alternate weekends
• Healthcare qualifications (advantageous)
• Full NZ driver’s licence and reliable transport (most roles)
