Job summary

Geneva Healthcare is seeking Casual Support Workers to assist clients at home in Hamilton during the busy Christmas and New Year period. This role offers flexible shifts and a chance to gain valuable experience while making a meaningful difference in the community.

About the Role

As a Casual Support Worker, you will provide practical and person-centered support to clients in their homes and communities. Duties may include:

• Supporting clients with community participation and social activities
• Assisting with personal care where required

• Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
• Manual handling and transfers where required

What We're Looking For

You will be:

• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to support others
• Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A strong communicator with a positive attitude
• Experienced in healthcare, disability support, or caregiving (preferred but not essential)
