IDEA Services is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Otago to empower adults with intellectual disabilities to live fulfilling lives at home and in the community. You’ll foster independence, assist with daily living, and support personal care as part of a compassionate team.

You’ll work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, sleepovers, and weekends. The role offers meaningful work, with opportunities to progress through Health and Wellbeing certificates.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, people-first approach and dignity for those supported.
• Experience in health/disability sector with diverse needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
