Job summary

Bridgestone NZ is seeking a hands-on Support Manager for our Taupo store. You will lead from the front, support your team, and ensure the store hits sales and customer satisfaction targets while upholding Bridgestone's high standards.

The Role

What We're Looking For

You’ll bring solid automotive or tyre industry knowledge, genuine leadership ability, and a customer-first mindset. To be considered, you'll need:

• Experience in the automotive or tyre industry, with strong mechanical aptitude
• Proven leadership or people management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence
