Job summary

Bridgestone New Zealand is seeking a hands-on Support Manager for our Palmerston North store. You will lead from the front, support your team, and help the store hit sales and customer-satisfaction targets while upholding Bridgestone's high standards.

You will deliver expert product advice, build strong customer relationships, and maintain a safe, well-presented store environment in line with Bridgestone standards. A full NZ driver's licence is required.

The Role

What We're Looking For

You'll bring solid automotive or tyre industry knowledge, genuine leadership ability, and a customer-first mindset. To be considered, you'll need:

• Experience in the automotive or tyre industry, with strong mechanical aptitude
• Proven leadership or people management experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• The ability to stay calm, focused, and solutions-oriented under pressure
• A full, clean New Zealand Driver's Licence
