optimise fulfilment costs down to the SKU level. Your ability to deep dive into numbers, spot

trends, and translate findings into executable strategies will be pivotal in driving ZURU's global logistics competitiveness.

Position Impact

ZURU is on a mission to revolutionise the supply chain through data-driven operational

Roles & Responsibilities
Post-Production Supply Chain Analysis & Optimisation
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of end-to-end post-production logistics costs from factory pack-out to retailer distribution centre delivery.
  • Evaluate container packing efficiency, identifying ways to maximise fill rates and minimise underutilised space.
  • Assess pallet build efficiency, seeking to optimise pallet TiHi and influence both container packing and storage footprint.
  • Analyze global freight costs across shipping trade lanes, considering routing efficiency, carrier performance, and cost per unit.
  • Review warehousing costs, including inbound handling, storage, and fulfillment (pick & pack), ensuring cost-effective and scalable processes.
  • Investigate transport spend for drayage, line-haul, and last mile delivery to customer DCs to reduce inefficiencies and cost per order.
  • Translate cost data into actionable insights, supporting logistics network improvements.
  • Perform SKU-level cost-to-serve analysis to highlight cost drivers and optimisation opportunities.
KPI & Dashboard Improvements
  • Collaborate with in-house data team to improve dashboards that track logistics metrics (OTIF, cost per order/unit, warehouse productivity, container utilisation).
  • Establish a KPI framework for ongoing monitoring of global cost and service performance.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams (Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance) and external logistics partners to align on optimisation initiatives.
  • Provide commercial teams with logistics cost insights for pricing and margin strategy support.
Data-Driven Decision Support
  • Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations for logistics leadership.
  • Build business cases quantifying the impact of supply chain improvements.
Skills & Experience
  • Over five years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Analysis.
  • Understanding of logistics workflow: container optimisation, freight cost structures, 3PL operations, and fulfillment processes.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to spot cost inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in interpreting rate cards and conducting cost-to-serve analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across teams and external partners.
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced supply chain environments is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, business analytics, or related field.
