Job summary

Azelis New Zealand is seeking a proactive Logistics Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of products from our global supplier network to customers across New Zealand. You will coordinate purchasing, imports, inventory, freight logistics, supplier communications, and reporting, while maintaining accurate data in our ERP and CRM systems.

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Supply Chain Manager, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic, collaborative supply

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in logistics, supply chain, purchasing or import/export coordination.
  • Strong administrative and data management skills.
  • Experience using ERP systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage purchase orders from creation through receipt and costing
  • Coordinate sea, air and courier shipments with freight forwarders and service providers
  • Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliations
  • Manage local supply and export orders
  • Coordinate customs clearance and delivery activities
  • Maintain accurate ERP and CRM data
  • Monitor ageing and expired inventory
  • Investigate and resolve claims and supply chain issues
  • Prepare supply chain reports and KPI tracking
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement activities

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of products from our global supplier network to our customers throughout New Zealand. You will coordinate purchasing, imports, inventory management, freight logistics, supplier communications, and reporting activities while maintaining accurate information within our ERP and CRM systems. This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic and collaborative supply chain team.

Key responsibilities
