We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our UHT operations, overseeing all production operations during their shift. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and high-quality operation of people, plant, and product across the department.

Working closely with production teams, you will drive operational performance, develop team capability, maintain compliance with quality and safety standards, and ensure production targets are consistently achieved. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through leadership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing, multi-skilled production team.
• Achieving daily production, quality, and performance targets while driving continuous improvement.
• Planning ingredient and material requirements to support future production schedules.
• Managing inventory accuracy, warehouse compliance, and stocktake activities.
• Completing production, compliance, incident, and hazard management reporting.
• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with health, safety, food safety, and environmental standards.
• Identifying and resolving operational issues to maximise efficiency and minimise waste.

You will bring:

• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Dairy manufacturing experience and a strong understanding of production processes.
