Job summary

Select Recruitment in Balclutha, New Zealand is seeking a hands-on production worker for a food manufacturing site. You will lift and tip milk powder 20kg+, operate a busy line, perform sample testing, QA and data entry, and follow health, safety and quality standards.

You’ll work a rotating 4-on/4-off schedule with 12-hour shifts from 5:45am–6:00pm. Applicants must have an F endorsement, OSH certificate, and be comfortable in a team-focused, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A valid F endorsement and OSH certificate are required.
• Previous experience in manufacturing (food production preferred).
• Strong understanding of workplace health, safety, and quality standards.
• Team-focused attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
• Basic computer skills.

• Operating on a busy production line, sample testing, quality assurance and data entry
• Following Health and Safety, hygiene procedures and maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.
• Working a rotating 4-on / 4-off shift (2 days, 2 nights), 12-hour shifts from 5:45am-6:00pm / PM-AM
