Tahua Group Limited is launching a new restaurant in Hawke's Bay and seeks a passionate Supervisor to help bring a globally loved brand to NZ. You will lead operations, coach your team, and ensure a memorable guest experience from day one.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor in hospitality or QSR.

• Proven experience as a supervisor. We need someone who thrives in the dynamic world of operations especially within the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others. You’ll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
• No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
• Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
• You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
