Job summary

Tahua Group Limited is seeking an energetic Supervisor to join our team as we launch a globally loved brand in New Zealand. You will lead a new restaurant, coach staff, and drive performance with a focus on guest experiences and service quality.

This pivotal role offers exposure to strategic decision-making, team development, and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment. You’ll be supported by management as you scale operations and grow with our expanding brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a supervisor in hospitality/QSR.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop the team.
• Resilient under pressure with a can-do attitude.

• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities and moving parts.

• No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
• Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
• You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
