Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen NZ is seeking a passionate Supervisor to help launch our new restaurant and bring the world-famous Louisiana style to NZ. You will partner with the management team to refine operations, lead the team, and deliver great guest experiences.

Ideal candidates have proven supervisory experience in QSR or hospitality, a coaching leadership style, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while building rapport with diverse team members.

• Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others. You’ll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
• No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
• Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
• You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
