Following feedback, this role has been broadened from an HVAC only focus to a Trades Supervisor position. We are seeking an experienced supervisor to lead our multi trade service delivery team in Queenstown, with responsibility across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical staff.
This is a key leadership role where you'll oversee trade staff and subcontractors, ensure high quality service delivery across multiple disciplines, and support the continued growth of our regional operations. This is a hands on role with real influence over service delivery, people development, and continuous improvement.
