Job summary

Kelly Club is seeking a Supervisor for our Mt Wellington, Auckland sites. This permanent weekday role is 15 hours per week during term time, with potential for more during the Holiday Programme. You will work with our school-based team to provide a caring, structured environment for kids.

You'll learn to lead your own team, build relationships with kids, parents and school staff, and gain leadership opportunities while supporting a high-quality childcare programme.

Qualifications

• Police check is required.
• Right to work in New Zealand.
• Ready to work on Weekdays during term time.

We are proven and established leaders in the industry - having inspired Kiwi kids through over 4 million booked sessions since 2007.

This is a permanent weekday role for 15 hours per week during Term Time with scope for more during the Holiday Programme. As a Kelly Club Supervisor based at our schools in the Mt Wellington area, Auckland, you'll be provided with all the training and support to be the best you. Supervisors work alongside our Programme Coordinators to deliver our programme within schools.

As a Supervisor you'll work in a team as passionate as you are to ultimately see Kiwi kids thrive, be active, stay healthy and get inspired through our fun-filled holiday programmes and out-of-school care sessions.

Enjoy flexibility and balance throughout your day with out-of-school care hours Monday - Friday:

Before-School Care: 7:00am - 8:30am.

After-School Care: 2:20pm - 6:00pm.

Holiday Programme: 7:00am - 6:00pm (rostered shifts)

In this role you will learn how to:

Ensure kids are cared for and have fun at our programmes

Build relationships with kids, parents and caregivers, school personnel and Kelly Club team members

Lead your own team and grow your own leadership skills
