Job summary

Kelly Club is hiring a permanent weekday Assistant Supervisor (25 hours per week during Term Time) at Sherwood School, North Shore, Auckland. You’ll join our nationwide team to deliver our quality out-of-school care and holiday programmes, with training and support to become a strong leader among colleagues.

Role hours are before and after school, plus holidays; police check is required, and you must have the right to work in New Zealand.

We are proven and established leaders in the industry – having inspired Kiwi kids through over 4 million booked sessions since 2007.

This is a permanent weekday role for 25 hours per week during Term Time with scope for more during the Holiday Programme. As a Kelly Club Assistant Supervisor based at Sherwood school, North Shore, Auckland, you’ll be provided with all the training and support to be the best you. Assistant Supervisors work alongside our Programme Coordinators to deliver our programme.

As an Assistant Supervisor you’ll work in a team as passionate as you are to ultimately see Kiwi kids thrive, be active, stay healthy and get inspired through our fun-filled holiday programmes and out-of-school care sessions.

Enjoy flexibility and balance throughout your day with out-of-school care hours Monday - Friday:

Before-School Care: 7:00am - 8:30am.

After-School Care: 2:30pm - 6:00pm.

Holiday Programme: 7:00am - 6:00pm (rostered shifts)

In this role you will learn how to:

Ensure kids are cared for and have fun at our programmes

Build relationships with kids, parents and caregivers, school personnel and Kelly Club team members

Lead your own team and grow your own leadership skills

Develop your administration skills and time management
