Job summary

School's Out Mount is seeking an energetic Programme Manager to lead a dedicated team and ensure a safe, engaging environment for up to 40 children across Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes.

The role involves managing daily programme operations, enrolments and records, invoicing, and professional communication with families. A full driver’s licence and a confident van driver are required; term-time hours with full-time holiday hours are available.

We're looking for an energetic and organised Programme Manager to lead our awesome School's Out Mount team. From managing daily programme operations to driving children safely to and from school and on holiday adventures, no two days are the same!

About the Role

You'll lead a fun, supportive team and create a safe, engaging environment for up to 40 children across our Before School, After School, and Holiday Programmes.

Programme Hours

• Before School Care: 7.00am to 9.00am

• After School Care: 2.30pm to 6.00pm

• Holiday Programme: 7.00am to 6.00pm

33.75 hours per week during term time, with full-time hours available in the holidays.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
