Our client is a successful, long established and very busy regional civil contracting firm. They are recruiting for an experiencedStructural Supervisor / Structures Leadto take a key role and deliver a strong forward workload, to oversee an existing structural team and eliversignificant concrete and formwork requirements associated with its civil infrastructure and pump station projects.
They're now looking for someone who can take ownership of that work.
For an experienced Structural Supervisor, this is an opportunity to lead a good team and deliver technically interesting structural projects.
For someone with the experience and leadership capability to effectively run the structural side of the operation, our client is open to making this a considerably bigger role.
A background in pump stations, bridges, tanks, reservoirs, treatment plants, retaining structures or other heavy civil concrete work would be highly regarded.
Relevant trade or engineering qualifications are advantageous, but proven experience and capability are what really matter.
Our client also sees an opportunity to expand its structural capability further, including into other specialist civil structures.
