Job summary

Holmes Consulting in Auckland seeks Structural Drafters/Digital Modellers with 3–5 years' experience to join our design team. You will contribute to structural modelling, 3D digital modelling, Revit and BIM workflows across diverse projects nationwide from Auckland.

Mentoring juniors and managing own workload alongside engineers are encouraged. Our culture values innovation, quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' structural modelling and drafting experience.
• Strong knowledge of NZ Building Code in practice.
• Experience with Revit, BIM workflows and 3D modelling.
• Ability to mentor juniors and work with engineers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to structural modelling and drafting across projects.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure design integrity.
• Mentor junior modellers and support design processes.
• Apply BIM and digital modelling techniques to improve outcomes.
