Job summary

lululemon Athletica in Auckland, NZ is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the shop floor. You will execute VM plans, style displays, and deliver a world-class guest experience through engaging product presentation.

You will educate customers on product benefits, collaborate with store leadership, and support omnichannel initiatives while adapting displays to seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience.
• High school diploma or above; training or degree in design or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Execute VM plan, product presentation, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guests’ experiences.
• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
