Job summary
Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking an experienced Strategy and Planning Manager to lead the development and evolution of our Technology Strategy and guide critical technology investment decisions across the organisation.
In this senior leadership role within the Digital IT Strategy and Portfolio team, you will ensure our technology investments, portfolio priorities, and digital roadmaps align with organisational goals, government direction, and financial sustainability, while driving
Qualifications
- Extensive senior experience (12+ years) in technology strategy or strategic planning.
- Proven ability to influence across executives, Boards and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in multi-year technology investment planning and business case development.
- Knowledge of the New Zealand public sector environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of our Technology Strategy and influence investment decisions.
- Provide trusted, evidence-based advice to senior leaders.
- Drive the strategy function with autonomy and deliver strategic planning outcomes.
- Align strategy, investment, and delivery as a single system across Digital IT.
