Job summary

Thales is seeking a Subcontract Manager to lead contractual management for major subcontractors supporting the NexGen Air Traffic Management System, a strategic programme within AMS. You will interface with Procurement, Engineering, and Legal teams to develop strategies, manage risks, and oversee changes and claims.

Based in Singapore, you will act as the focal point for subcontract packages, ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with project objectives while supporting Thales'

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Law, Contract Management, or related field.
• 8+ years in subcontract or contract management in international industries.
• Ability to manage large multi-stakeholder long-cycle contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and synthesis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Establish and update the subcontract baseline from award to closeout.
• Ensure flow-down obligations from the prime contract.
• Coordinate with Legal and Contract Management on disputes.
• Monitor subcontractor compliance with scope, schedule, quality, and HSE.
• Prepare and present contractual recommendations for approvals.
