As the Risk Reporting Manager, you will lead risk reporting across Health New Zealand, reporting to the Head of Risk Management and coordinating with Business & Governance Services to deliver insightful, timely reports for executive and governance audiences.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years' experience in risk management, including risk reporting.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies and techniques.
• Experience developing clear, accurate reports for executive audiences.
• Ability to move between detail and the wider organisational picture.
• Proactive approach to gathering information and challenging inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisation-wide risk reporting and provide insights for informed decision‑making across Health New Zealand.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver risk reporting to support executive and governance decision‑making.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies in risk information and follow up with stakeholders to obtain clear inputs.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and improve reporting processes and tools.
• Support risk governance, internal/external audits, and uplift risk maturity across the organisation.
