Qualifications
- 3 years relevant experience.
- Understanding of remuneration frameworks/strategies.
- Experience with salary reviews and bonus processes.
- Knowledge of job evaluation/job matching methodologies.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills; curious mindset.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of innovative reward strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead the annual reward cycle from performance reviews to salary and bonus processes.
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to keep roles competitive.
- Analyze people data to ensure fair, equitable, and inclusive reward outcomes.
- Turn workforce trends, attrition and diversity data into actionable insights.
- Create and enhance dashboards for leaders with timely, impactful data.
- Respond to stakeholder queries with accuracy and a customer-focused approach.
