Napier City Council is seeking an experienced People & Capability Business Partner to join our high-performing team in a fixed-term capacity. You will partner with leaders to deliver exceptional people outcomes across the organisation.

This role influences strategic workforce decisions, strengthens leadership capability, and shapes how we attract, develop, and retain great people. Based in Napier, 40 hours per week, until 30 June 2027.

• Lead and support complex people matters, providing trusted advice that balances risk, compliance, and positive outcomes.
