Job summary

KidsCan in Auckland is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the Partnerships team, strengthen our corporate partner portfolio, and drive sustainable revenue growth. You will shape engagement plans, build long-term relationships, oversee budgets and activations, and coach two direct reports in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

• Proven senior-level experience in partnerships, sponsorship or related field.
• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver partnership engagement plans that create meaningful value for KidsCan and our partners.
• Build and deepen long-term partner relationships, while identifying and securing new opportunities for growth.
• Lead partnership budgets, revenue targets and initiatives that drive sustainable growth.
• Oversee partnership activations, agreements and renewals, ensuring we deliver on our commitments.
• Lead, coach and develop two direct reports, building a collaborative, high-performing team.
• Work across the organisation to create engaging partner experiences and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and ways of working.
