This full-time role, Monday to Friday, involves overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating across construction stages, managing HubSpot and reporting insights, and helping the Directors turn priorities into action.

Qualifications

• Significant operations, senior administration or client coordination experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and partners and create a strong first impression.
• Ensure office, design hub and showhome reflect quality and professionalism.
• Keep clients informed through their building journey with clear communication.
• Coordinate activities across pre-construction, construction and handover to maintain schedules.
• Maintain HubSpot with accurate client activity, commitments and next steps.
• Coordinate compliance, health & safety administration across projects.
