Over the first 12-24 months, your focus will be on improving planning and execution, strengthening leadership capability across the business as the role takes on increasing strategic and operational influence.
We're looking for a commercially minded operational leader who enjoys working across the whole business.
You may currently be a Business Manager, Branch Manager, General Manager of a smaller business, or a senior operational leader who is looking for broader influence and responsibility. Most importantly, you will be someone with the ambition and capability to grow into a broader business leadership role over time.
Ideally you would come from a manufacturing, construction, engineering or building products environment, where commercial decisions and operational performance are closely linked.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, Engineering, Commerce or a related discipline is preferred, but your ability to operate effectively will be the most important factor.
