Job summary

Cox Automotive NZ is seeking a motivated National Account Executive to join our National Salvage Sales team and become a trusted contact across our customer accounts and operations. Reporting to the National Sales Manager - NZ, you will help drive the growth, retention and service delivery of our NZ Salvage business.

You will coordinate the end-to-end path to sale, manage customer expectations, resolve day-to-day issues and work across the business to keep account activity moving.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, sales support or account coordination.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, customers, transport providers and internal stakeholders.
• Support the National Sales Manager in achieving sales and revenue objectives.
• Coordinate salvage vehicle sales from book-in and listing through to sales and collection.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, documentation and customer communications efficiently.
• Manage customer enquiries and act as escalation point for service or operational issues.
